The Project - Hawesville Operation

Hawesville Satellite View

The production facility for the Lazar Continuous CBF process is located in Hawesville, Kentucky, a part of Hancock County. Easily accessible by air, rail, road and water, Hancock County is situated on the Ohio River, in close proximity to Century Aluminum and Alcoa’s Warrick operations in Indiana.

In addition to its accessibility to the aluminum industry, Hancock County offers the project and its associates a rich heritage and sense of southern hospitality within its community.

Local, state and federal authorities provided support in our endeavors from prefeasibility through to project implementation in Hawesville. Lazar Anode Technologies, AG invested in the construction of a 10,000 square foot production facility.
